Myrtie “Jo” (Conley) Singleton, 85, of 586 Front Street, Burnsville, slipped away during the early morning hours on Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at her residence. Mrs. Singleton was born on August 28, 1932 at Benny’s Run, to the late Roy “Hub” David Conley and Sis (Ratliff) Conley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two infant children, William and Marty, brother, Phillip Conley, sisters, Betty Williams and Madeline Shock, son- in-law, Cermit Ramsey, and brother-in-laws Ray Williams and Thermon Shock.
Family received friends on Friday, July 20, 2018 at the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home 378 Flatwoods Corner Road, Flatwoods, from 5-8 p.m. Funeral Services were held on Saturday, July 21, 2018, at noon, at the Stockert-Paletti Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Doug Smailes officiating.
